What if I forget my AAE password?
If you forget or misplace your AAE password, you can request a new one:
On the member sign-in page, check “Request password,” and a new password will be emailed to you.
After using this password to log in, you can change your password (see below).
Can I change my AAE password?
Yes, you can!
Log in to your account.
On the About page, scroll to below the text boxes and click “Change” (under “Password”).
Fill in the open-text field with your password choice (six-character minimum).
Click “Save & Continue” at the bottom of the page.
Will my email be visible on my AAE directory profile page?
No. Your email is kept private to protect you from spam.
How can potential clients contact me via AAE?
Potential clients and others can reach you by using the "Send a message" button at the bottom of your profile page.
Their message will go to the email you registered with. It will arrive in your inbox from an address ending in ”@memberserver.net.” We recommend that you add this domain to your safe senders list so that these messages do not end up in your spam folder.
When you reply, your email address will be visible to the sender, at which point the conversation continues outside of AAE.
Potential clients may also contact you directly through your website if you include it in your profile.
How do I remove my street address and/or phone number from my AAE directory listing?
Log in to your account.
Go to your “Profile” tab.
Scroll down to the “Privacy Options” section.
Select your preferred privacy settings.
Click “Save & Continue” at the bottom of the page.
When does my AAE membership expire?
To find your membership renewal date:
Log in to your account.
Go to your “About” tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the page. Your membership level, method of payment, and renewal date are displayed there.
Note: You will automatically receive a membership renewal reminder via email 14 days before your AAE membership expires.
